Running Log

I was told documenting your activity helps. So here it goes:

March 31,

7:00 am 38 degrees and cloudy. Goal: To run non-stop for 3 miles.
7:08 am:
Started drizzling at mile 2.
8:29 am:Finished 4 miles in 1:21. 10,223 steps. No stops.

Music helps, feel good.
